UltraRare Technologies is the personal LLC of Jeffrey Kibler, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. We exist because most businesses don't struggle with knowing what to do — they struggle with how to do it.

Whether you need help turning your strategy into an operational playbook, integrating AI into your workflows, or building a website that truly represents your brand — we bring focus, craft, and follow-through to every engagement.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is execution consulting?

Execution consulting is focused on the how, not the what. Most businesses already have a strategy — they know their goals, their market, and where they want to go. What they need help with is turning that strategy into operational reality. We build the playbooks, implement the technology, and stay embedded with your team to make sure plans actually get executed.

How is execution consulting different from strategy consulting?

Strategy consultants help you figure out what to do. We help you figure out how to do it. If you already have a clear vision and strategic direction but need help with implementation — the processes, technology, and day-to-day operational changes — that's where we come in. We don't produce slide decks and leave. We stay in the trenches until it's done.

What size businesses do you work with?

We primarily work with small to mid-sized businesses — typically teams of 10 to 500 people. Our sweet spot is companies that are past the startup phase, have a clear strategy, and need help executing at the next level. That said, we've also worked with individuals and solo operators looking to integrate AI into their personal workflows.

How can AI agents help my business?

AI agents and large language models can automate repetitive tasks, accelerate decision-making, and handle work that used to require significant manual effort. We help you identify the highest-leverage opportunities — whether that's automating internal workflows, adding AI features to your product, or building personal productivity tools. The key is starting with real problems, not hype.

What does it cost to integrate AI into my company?

It depends on scope. Some engagements start with a focused assessment to identify where AI fits in your business, which can be done in a few weeks. Larger implementations — like building AI into a product or redesigning internal workflows — take longer. We scope every engagement based on your specific needs and budget. Reach out and we'll give you a straight answer.

What does a bespoke website cost?

Custom websites are priced based on complexity, number of pages, and specific functionality. A focused marketing site is a different investment than a full web application. We don't use templates or page builders, so you're paying for handcrafted code tailored to your brand. Contact us with your project details and we'll provide a clear estimate.

Why should I choose a custom website over a template?

Templates are built for everyone, which means they're optimized for no one. A custom website is designed specifically for your brand, your content, and your audience. It loads faster, ranks better, stands out visually, and doesn't carry the bloat of features you'll never use. If your website is a core part of how customers experience your business, custom is worth it.

Where is UltraRare Technologies located?

We're based in Scottsdale, Arizona, but we work with clients everywhere. Most of our engagements are remote, though we're always happy to meet in person when it makes sense. Our consulting partner Morph4sys and our web development partner Off Grid Software are also set up for remote collaboration.

How do I get started working with UltraRare Technologies?

Email us at jeffrey.kibler@ultrarare.tech. Tell us a bit about your business and what you're trying to accomplish. We'll set up a conversation to see if we're a good fit — no pressure, no sales pitch. If we can help, we'll tell you how. If we can't, we'll tell you that too.

What frameworks and ideas shape UltraRare's approach?

Our approach is built on principles from three books that we come back to constantly: The Goal by Eliyahu Goldratt, Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin, and Traction by Gino Wickman. Together they give us a practical lens for how businesses should identify their real constraints, take full ownership of outcomes, and build the operational discipline to execute consistently. These aren't theoretical — they're the playbooks we actually use.

How does the Theory of Constraints from The Goal influence your consulting?

Goldratt's Theory of Constraints teaches that every system has one bottleneck limiting its throughput — and improving anything other than that bottleneck is wasted effort. We use this thinking constantly. When we engage with a client, we don't try to fix everything at once. We identify the single biggest constraint holding the business back, focus all energy there, and only move on once that constraint is resolved. It keeps engagements focused, measurable, and high-impact instead of spreading effort thin across a dozen initiatives.

How does Extreme Ownership show up in how you work?

Willink and Babin's core principle is that leaders must own everything in their world — no excuses, no blaming circumstances or other teams. We take the same stance with our engagements. If something isn't working, we don't point fingers — we figure out what we can do differently. We also help clients build this same ownership culture within their teams, because execution breaks down the moment people start waiting for someone else to solve the problem. Prioritize and execute, keep plans simple, and make sure everyone on the team understands the mission and can act on it.

What is EOS and how does Traction apply to your work?

The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), laid out in Gino Wickman's Traction, is a practical framework for running a business built on six components: Vision, People, Data, Issues, Process, and Traction. What we love about EOS is that it turns abstract business goals into concrete weekly actions. It gives teams a shared language, a regular rhythm of accountability, and a clear way to surface and solve issues before they fester. We draw on EOS principles when helping clients build the operational cadence and discipline that turns strategy into consistent execution.
